Chanler Martin

Chanler Martin serves as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Riverside Acceleration Capital since May 2023 and is an active member of Women in Revenue and RevGenius, organizations dedicated to revenue-generating professionals. Prior experience includes a role as Client Manager at Candidate Labs and multiple positions at Elevate Talent from February 2019 to June 2022, including Director and Recruiting Manager. Earlier work experience at Betts Recruiting involved recruitment of sales development and account executive roles, while time at Ocean Properties Hotels Resort and Affiliates from 2013 to 2017 focused on hiring, training, operations management, and social media expansion. Chanler Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University.
