Tarshe Derival

Tarshe is Riverside’s Assistant Vice President for Child & Family Services. She has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years and has extensive experience in outpatient and community-based settings for adults, children, and couples. Tarshe, who speaks Haitian Creole, is actively involved with programs in Haiti and has a special interest in supporting families experiencing domestic violence. In her free time, Tarshe likes to visit international destinations so that she can experience different cultures, or, closer to home, you may find her relaxing by the water on the Cape with family and friends.
