Richard Paladino

Richard Paladino is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales and marketing within the security industry. As President of Paladin Sales Group, Inc. since April 1998, Richard manages an eight-person manufacturers representative firm specializing in IP video surveillance and IP access control, overseeing all sales and marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Napco Security Group, where Richard managed sales and marketing for a $60 million public company specializing in intrusion and access control equipment. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Oneonta, both focused on business management and marketing.
