Tejas Bedekar

Tejas Bedekar has a solid work history in the healthcare industry, with experience in various IT and analytics roles. Tejas started in 2004 as an Application Developer at gedas before moving on to HCA Healthcare in 2005. At HCA, they held roles such as Senior Application Engineer, Consulting Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Director Business Technology - Performance Improvement, and Director Safety Science. In 2021, Tejas joined HCA Far West Division as the Director of Nursing Analytics and later became the Director of IT at Riverside Community Hospital in 2022. Tejas'sresponsibilities included overseeing IT operations, implementing data analytics solutions, and driving technology strategies to support business objectives.

Tejas Bedekar obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from IMCC Pune. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oakland University. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Belmont University. Tejas also holds additional certifications in areas such as patient safety, Six Sigma, ethical leadership, and business intelligence.
