Operations Director, Heart & Vascular Institute at Riverside Healthcare

Lacey Binnendyk has a diverse work experience in healthcare management. Lacey began their career as a Regional Case Manager at HCR ManorCare in 2009, where they excelled in coordinating patient progress and cost evaluation. Lacey received recognition as the top Nationwide Regional Case Manager for generating the most sales contacts and growth in managed care business.

In 2015, Lacey joined Presence Health as a Manager of Ambulatory Services. Lacey'sresponsibilities included managing multiple clinics, such as Geriatrics, Family Medicine, General/Breast Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Urogynecology. Additionally, they oversaw day-to-day operations and coordination of the Oncology, Cardiology, Endocrinology clinics, as well as the Presence New Lenox Imaging Department.

In 2018, Lacey joined Riverside Healthcare as the Operations Director of the Heart & Vascular Institute. Lacey currently holds this role and focuses on overseeing the operational aspects of the institute.

Most recently, in 2021, Lacey joined Rush University Medical Center as the Director of RUMG Practice Operations for the South Loop location. Lacey'srole involves managing the practice operations in this area.

Throughout their career, Lacey has demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and coordination skills in the healthcare industry.

Lacey Binnendyk has a diverse education history. In 2007-2009, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Continuing on their academic journey, they pursued a Master's Degree in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University from 2013 to 2014. In 2016-2017, Lacey expanded their knowledge by completing a Professional Certificate in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the University of Notre Dame.
