Eric Snader, Psy.D.

Eric Snader, Psy.D. has extensive work experience in the field of clinical assessment and test development. Eric started their career as an Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers University in 2000 and also worked as a School Psychologist at Voorhees Township Board of Education from 2000 to 2012.

In 2013, Eric joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Product Manager, where they led product management efforts and managed planning and development activities for solutions in the Early Childhood Clinical division. Eric then transitioned into the role of Clinical Project Director, responsible for overseeing test development activities and collaborating with test authors and development staff to meet professional and industry standards.

In 2018, Eric joined Riverside Insights as the Project Director, where they continued to oversee test development for individually administered psychological and educational tests. Eric worked closely with authors, development staff, and Publishing to plan and implement the development process, ensuring tests meet standards and are published according to schedules and budgets. In August 2021, they were promoted to Director, Clinical Content Development, leading a team of clinical assessment consultants and overseeing all aspects of test development.

Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in test development, and a commitment to meeting professional and industry standards.

Eric Snader, Psy.D. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at Rutgers University from 1988 to 1992. Eric then pursued further education at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, where they earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree in Clinical-School Child Psychology from 1992 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Eric Snader also holds a certification as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. The dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
