Jay Casaletto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jay started their career as a PGA Head Golf Professional at The Glen Club from 2001 to 2011, where they were recognized as the Illinois PGA Merchandiser of the Year. Jay then joined Royal Melbourne Country Club as a PGA Head Golf Professional from 2011 to 2013, managing all golf operations and implementing strategies to improve the facility's services.

In 2013, Jay transitioned to the education sector and joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as an Associate Inside Sales Account Executive and Sales Support Representative. Jay later became a Clinical Assessments Account Executive, representing clinical assessments and collaborating with the field sales team to drive success in the Northeast Region. Jay extensively used SAP and Salesforce in their role.

Jay then joined ESCO - Elite Soccer Community Organization in 2017 as the Executive Director, where they held responsibilities for the organization's overall management and operations.

Since 2018, Jay has been working at Riverside Insights, initially as an Account Executive and later as the Customer Success and Inside Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director, Achievement & Renewals, leading the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Jay has demonstrated strong leadership, customer service, and strategic planning skills in various roles.

Jay Casaletto attended Northeastern Illinois University from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a General Studies program. However, no specific degree was obtained during this time.
