Heather Fink Stambaugh

Heather Fink Stambaugh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heather most recently served as the Director of Public Health Services Integration at RiverStone Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Health Provision at the same organization from January 2018 to July 2022.

Before joining RiverStone Health, Heather worked as the Community Health Improvement Manager at Healthy By Design, a community coalition sponsored by Billings Clinic, RiverStone Health, and St. Vincent Healthcare, focusing on promoting and improving health through a collective impact model. Heather held this role from September 2013 to January 2018.

Heather also has experience at St. Vincent Healthcare, where they served as the Grants Manager from September 2012 to September 2013. In this role, they oversaw fundraising and the management of grants to support the healthcare foundation's mission. Heather also worked as a Grants Associate at the same organization from February 2007 to September 2012.

Additionally, Heather has had roles at the American Diabetes Association as an Associate Director from September 2005 to September 2006, Montana State University as a Project Coordinator and Administrator from October 2002 to September 2005, Lutheran Services in Iowa as Director of Communications from September 1999 to September 2002, and Trinity Lutheran Church as Director of Youth Ministry from September 1997 to September 1999.

Heather Fink Stambaugh began their education journey in 1993 at Wartburg College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Heather focused their studies on Public Relations and Religion, completing their undergraduate education in 1997.

After taking a brief gap, Heather pursued higher education once again, enrolling at Drake University in 1999. There, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications, completing their graduate studies in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Heather obtained a certification in March 2023 as a Dare to Lead Trained professional from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution, demonstrating their commitment to continuous professional development and leadership training.
