Heather Fink Stambaugh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Heather most recently served as the Director of Public Health Services Integration at RiverStone Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Health Provision at the same organization from January 2018 to July 2022.

Heather Fink Stambaugh began their education journey in 1993 at Wartburg College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Heather focused their studies on Public Relations and Religion, completing their undergraduate education in 1997.

After taking a brief gap, Heather pursued higher education once again, enrolling at Drake University in 1999. There, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communications, completing their graduate studies in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Heather obtained a certification in March 2023 as a Dare to Lead Trained professional from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution, demonstrating their commitment to continuous professional development and leadership training.
