Susan Chatham

Susan Chatham has over 35 years of work experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Susan is currently the Director of Enterprise and Commercial Sales at RiverStreet Networks, where they provide leadership in commercial sales and contributes to rural broadband advocacy and grant efforts. Previously, Susan worked at Suddenlink Communications for 12 years as a Government & Education Specialist and National Accounts Executive, managing customer activity in multiple states and overseeing programs such as USAC Erate and Rural Healthcare Programs. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Account Executive at Alphanumeric Systems, where they successfully managed customer relationships and focused on client/server integration and enterprise software infrastructure. Susan began their career at ePlus inc., where they held various roles, including Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Director of Northern Operations. Susan also became an equity partner during their time at ePlus inc.

Susan Chatham completed their Bachelor of Science degree at East Carolina University. Susan further pursued their education at the same university, engaging in Graduate Studies. However, no specific start or end dates are provided for either program.
