Maarten de Vries

Maarten de Vries is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Teamlead IT Infrastructure and Workplace & Service Management at Riverty since June 2016. In this role, Maarten has been responsible for implementing a telephone system (Bright Pattern), managing the knowledge transfer of the debt collection system (Ikaros) from external to internal operations, and establishing a new communication structure for letters and emails originating from the collection system. Previously, Maarten worked as an Incassomedewerker at ING Nederland from November 2013 to April 2016. Maarten holds a WFT Basis degree from NIBE-SVV Opleidingen, completed in 2017, and has additional education from ROC Friese Poort.
