Eliana Uribe

Eliana Uribe has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Eliana began their career in 2015 at J&M Designs, where they served as an Account Management Specialist until 2019. In this role, they maintained strong relationships with clients and distributors and analyzed cost and market trends.

In 2019, Eliana joined Riverway Business Services, where they held multiple positions. Eliana started as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for onboarding and training new hires and providing administrative support. In 2020, they transitioned to a Performance Manager role, and in 2021, they became a Contact Center Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Eliana partnered with contact center clients to develop strategies for improving staff performance and enhancing compliance and performance processes. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Riverway Business Services.

Throughout their various roles, Eliana has demonstrated skills in account management, client relationship building, negotiation, and operational improvement.

Eliana Uribe obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Houston in 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also received certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from Six Sigma Online and Aveta Business Institute in June 2023, and Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) from NAPS - National Association of Personnel Services in October 2022.
