Melissa Termin is an experienced Technical Support Engineer at Rivery since May 2022. Previously, Melissa worked as a PHP Developer at DaZo Networks LLC for a brief period, where development of a web application for insurance services was undertaken, alongside subcontracted web development projects utilizing HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. Prior experience includes an Intelligence Analyst role at MAX-Security Solutions Ltd., contributing to reports on security and socio-economic developments, as well as handling customer service and reservation coordination at Israel Concierge. Melissa's educational background includes a Fullstack Development certification from Developers.Institute, participation in the Israel Tech Challenge, a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Yeditepe University.
