Benjamin Juarez

Benjamin Juarez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Benjamin is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Rivet, where they lead the development of a membership experience platform called Like|Minded. This platform uses a proprietary algorithm to match members and promote strong human connections. Prior to Rivet, Benjamin co-founded Latinos In Tech, LLC, focusing on professional development and mental wellness training for the Latino community. Benjamin also founded Cream City Coders, where they developed software projects and provided technology training to middle and high school students. Benjamin worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Northwestern Mutual, contributing to the development of new software ideas. Benjamin also served as the Technology Training Manager at i.c.stars |* milwaukee, managing and instructing interns in business, leadership, and technology. Before that, Benjamin worked as a Fiscal Researcher at Wisconsin Policy Forum, conducting fiscal research and publishing reports. Benjamin worked as a Southeast WI Regional Representative for US Senator Tammy Baldwin, conducting nonpartisan outreach. Benjamin co-founded JSR Consulting Group, LLC and worked as an Instructor at Berlitz. Benjamin also served as the Wisconsin Latino Vote Director for Organizing for America. Benjamin Juarez completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Theology, and French from Marquette University. Benjamin attended Marquette University from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Benjamin pursued a Master's degree in Policy Analysis at Oregon State University. Benjamin attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2011.
