Co-Founder & VP, Customer Success at Rivet

Andrew Harding is the Co-Founder and VP of Customer Success at Rivet. Prior to Rivet, they were a Consulting Supervisor at RSM US LLP from April 2015 to January 2018, where they worked across front, middle and back functional areas of revenue cycle to provide assessment results leveraging data analytics and KPI benchmarking. Andrew also structured review of people, processes and technology to improve cash flow while reducing denials and increase point of service performance metrics.

From May 2012 to March 2015, Harding was a Healthcare Consultant & Implementation Specialist at Accretive Health. In this role, they constructed strategic workflows for optimal productivity, efficiency and managerial ownership through EMR and automation systems. Andrew also analyzed processes ranging from small privately owned physician groups to $2B+ healthcare systems documenting and improving Patient Access, Coding/Charge Entry and Patient Account/Financial Services.

Andrew Harding has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Management from Brigham Young University. Andrew also has certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and from the Healthcare Financial Management Association as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR).

They work with Victoria Bacon - Director, People Operations, Paul Draper - Co-Founder & CTO, and Alissa Boddie - Head of Product. A direct report to Andrew Harding is and Tara Cave - Director, Customer Experience. Andrew Harding reports to Ted Ferrin, Co-Founder & CEO.
