Victoria Bacon is the Director of People Operations at Rivet. Victoria has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and HR. Victoria started their career as a Staffing Specialist at Adecco Staffing Services. Victoria then became an Office Coordinator/Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper at AlphaGraphics. In 2001, they became the Training & Event Manager at AlphaGraphics International Headquarters. In 2011, they became a Contract Recruiter at Rio Tinto. In 2012, they became the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Steward Health Care : Jordan Valley Medical Center. In 2015, they became the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO at HUB International | Spectra Benefits. In 2016, they became a Recruitment Consultant at PacifiCorp.

They are on a team with Andrew Harding - Co-Founder & VP, Customer Success, Christian Sanchez - Creative Director, and Dustin Locke - Head of Design. Victoria Bacon reports to Ted Ferrin, Co-Founder & CEO.
