Aimen Shawki

Aimen Shawki is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. Currently serving as a Vehicle Line Manager at Rivian since January 2020, Aimen oversees the evaluation and approval of Design Validation Plans for vehicle subsystems, manages test vehicle fleet allocation, and ensures adherence to budget and utilization goals. Before Rivian, Aimen held various roles at Boeing from April 2013 to January 2020, including Thermal Development Lab Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team of test engineers and managing internal research and development tests for space flight hardware. Aimen's expertise spans battery performance validation, thermal product engineering, and project management, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.
