Ben Woods

Ben Woods is an experienced professional in the fields of manufacturing engineering and technical safety. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Equipment Compliance at Rivian, Ben leads an engineering team in ensuring compliance and safety in design and specifications for new machinery and processes. Ben has held significant roles at various organizations including A3 Robotics, NFPA, and UL, contributing as a voting member and principal committee member on important technical standards. Previously, Ben worked at Textron Aviation as a Robotics & Automation Engineer, where robotic systems were developed to enhance production efficiency and safety. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and has pursued additional studies in Organizational Leadership.
