Carlo Materazzo

Carlo Materazzo currently serves as the interim Vice President of Logistics and Manufacturing at Rivian, overseeing a global team of over 6,000 and managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. Previously, as Vice President of Logistics at Rivian, Carlo managed a team of 2,000, focusing on supply chain operations, warehousing, and logistics engineering. At Stellantis, Carlo held the position of Head of Assembly Operations for North America, leading the production of over 2 million vehicles annually across 10 factories. Carlo's extensive experience also includes roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where leadership included global oversight of World Class Manufacturing across 161 plants, and a managerial position at Sevel, a joint venture known for producing light commercial vehicles. Carlo's career began at CNH Industrial, progressing from Plant Manager to various operational roles. Carlo holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
