Dany Pollock

Dany Pollock is an experienced communications leader with a strong background in employee communications and engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Communications & Experience at Rivian since April 2021, Dany has effectively led a team to enhance internal communication and employee trust. Prior roles include Head of Internal Communications at Amazon, focusing on a significant employee base during the COVID-19 pandemic, and serving as an Employee Experience Mentor at 500 Startups. Additional experience includes providing guidance to entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Swisscontact and consulting for Google’s startup initiatives. Dany's earlier tenure at Lyft involved improving employee experience through innovative internal communications and events, alongside a foundational role in the company's Culture Board. With a BS in Mass Communication and Public Relations from St. Cloud State University, Dany has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive effective communications across diverse organizations.
