Heidi Zima

Heidi Zima, MPH, currently serves as the Lead Experience Specialist at Rivian since September 2023. Prior to this role, Heidi held various positions at lululemon from August 2021 to September 2023, including Assistant Manager and Key Leader, where responsibilities included performance management and driving sales as the MIRROR Sales Lead. Experience as an Assistant Swim Coach for the National Team at Mission Viejo Nadadores Swim Club and as a Swim Instructor at Junipero Serra High School further highlights coaching and administrative capabilities. Heidi's background also includes internships in health education and strength and conditioning coaching, supported by a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Azusa Pacific University.
