Jim Gregoire

Jim Gregoire is an experienced privacy and cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Privacy at Rivian, where responsibility includes leading the global privacy program for electric vehicle products and employee personal information, managing privacy assessments, and overseeing compliance initiatives. Previously, Jim was the Managing Director of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at Fenwick & West, managing client projects across startups and multinational tech firms. Additional experience includes serving as a Program Manager for Privacy Legal at Google and as a Senior Principal at Promontory Financial Group, where Jim enhanced privacy programs for leading organizations. Jim co-founded Nexus Infrastructure LLC, providing advisory services to public-sector clients, and holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSBA from Georgetown University.
