Katherine Schell

Katherine Schell is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in labor relations and employee relations. Currently serving as the Lead Investigator for Employee Relations at Rivian since April 2021, Katherine is committed to promoting sustainable transportation. Previously, Katherine held senior paralegal positions at The Hertz Corporation, where responsibilities focused on labor relations and employment. Katherine's extensive experience also includes roles at various law firms, specializing in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, labor and employment law, and family law, with earlier positions at Thompson Coburn and Cobb Cole. Educational background includes an Associate of Applied Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Southwestern Illinois College and additional studies at Webster University.
