Kaushik Raj Sripathi has extensive experience in program management and engineering within leading organizations. Currently, Kaushik works at Rivian as a Program Manager for the Global Service Distribution Center Launch, contributing to sustainable transportation initiatives. Prior experience at Amazon includes roles as a Senior Engineering Program Manager and Operations Engineer, where Kaushik played a key role in scaling last mile infrastructure and delivering high-value projects. Earlier in the career, Kaushik served as Project Manager at Headworks International, managing multimillion-dollar projects, and as a Project Engineer at Wood Group Mustang, delivering significant cost savings on major projects. Educational achievements include a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Production & Industrial Engineering from Andhra University.
