Nancy Bell

Nancy Bell has extensive expertise in regulatory affairs and legal counsel, currently serving as Sr. Legal Director of Regulatory Affairs & Policy at Rivian since May 2020. Prior to this role, Nancy held significant positions at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included leadership in regulatory affairs and legal counsel, and at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing legislative and regulatory strategies related to motor vehicle safety and technology. Earlier experience includes roles at AARP, the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, the US Department of Transportation, and the Federal Election Commission. Nancy's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania, a PhD in Political Science and Government, a Master's in International Relations and Affairs, and a JD from Syracuse University.
