Nicole Brock

Nicole Brock is an experienced automotive professional with a diverse background in service operations and technical roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Service Operations Manager at Rivian since September 2020, Nicole previously held positions such as Lead Field Service Launch Technician at Rivian and Shop Foreman/Mazda Master Technician at Ed Morse Automotive Group. Nicole also owned and operated Brock Automotive LLC, a full-service automotive center, from January 2008 to 2020, and worked as an Automotive Instructor at Marchman Technical Education Center. Additional experience includes roles as a Master Technician at Tyrone Square Mazda and Dayton Andrews Dodge. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Alpena Community College, earned between 2006 and 2009.
