Pete Jackson

Pete Jackson is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Learning & Development at Rivian since July 2020. Prior to this role, Pete held positions at Airbnb as Learning & Development Leader and at Tesla in various capacities including Head of Global New Hire Orientation and Senior Program Manager for APAC Learning & Development. Pete began the career as a Research Associate at the UCLA Department of Psychology after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA. Additionally, Pete completed the LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
