Richard Farquhar

Richard Farquhar is the VP of Propulsion at Rivian. Richard previously worked as the Powertrain & Vehicle Engineering Director at McLaren Automotive Ltd from March 2004 to August 2018. Before that, they were the Assistant Vehicle Project Manager at Group Lotus plc from September 2000 to March 2004.

Richard Farquhar has a Master of Engineering in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Queen's University Belfast. Richard also has an Executive Leadership Program from Cambridge Judge Business School.
