Santo Castronovo, MBA, currently serves as Regional Lead at Rivian since July 2023, bringing extensive operational leadership experience. Previously, Santo was the Head of Southeast Operations at Argo AI from July 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team and driving process improvements. Prior roles include Project Manager and Operations Manager at Amazon, focusing on project execution and safety compliance, respectively. Santo also worked as District Manager at FedEx Ground, overseeing staff management and operational organization. Early career included roles as an Auxiliary Deputy Sheriff and Operations Manager at FedEx Express, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and performance analysis.
