Vatsal Lande

Vatsal Lande is an experienced Senior Supplier Quality and Development Engineer at Rivian, overseeing supplier quality throughout the entire lifecycle of purchased components. Prior to Rivian, Vatsal held positions at Faurecia as Program Quality Leader and Quality Engineer, managing quality plans and leading product launches. Vatsal's earlier roles include Performance and Maintenance Co-Op at DTE Energy, Supplier Quality Assurance at Atlas Copco Airpower, and Project Trainee at ACME Process Systems, contributing to process improvements and supply chain management. Vatsal holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production Technologies from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
