Anja Lindsley

Anja Lindsley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2003 as a Summer Intern at the Armed Forces Overseas - Central Issuing Facility, Anja processed military gear and provided general office support. In 2004, Anja continued as a Summer Intern at Armed Forces Overseas - Housing, where they integrated software, typed documents, and assisted with property inspections. Anja then joined Gap Inc./Old Navy in 2007 as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer service and assisting with merchandise maintenance. In 2011, Anja transitioned to the role of Service & Training Manager/Assistant Customer Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy, where they screened job applications and conducted interviews. Anja joined AvantGarde LLC in 2016, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and progressing to roles such as Human Resources Analyst and Junior Human Resources Specialist. In these positions, Anja performed transactional work, coordinated hiring activities, and supported employee onboarding. Currently, Anja is working as a Human Resources Specialist at Rividium Inc. Anja Lindsley completed their Associates degree in General Studies from El Paso Community College from 2006 to 2010. Anja then pursued a BBA degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources at The University of Texas at El Paso, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.
