Kerensa Houston has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in public affairs and administration. Kerensa'smost recent position is as a Public Affairs Analyst at Rividium Inc, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Public Affairs Specialist at DIGITALSPEC - A Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) from March 2022 to February 2023. Kerensa also served as an 11th Public Affairs Detachment NCOIC at the US Army from April 2002 to October 2006, where they were responsible for unit readiness and deployability tasks.

Kerensa Houston holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Thomas Edison State University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate degree in General Studies from Central Texas College, although the duration of their studies in this program is unknown. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications, namely "Communicating with Confidence" and "Emotional Intelligence as an Inclusivity Booster," from LinkedIn in November 2021.
