Simon Gray

Simon Gray is an experienced executive recruitment professional currently serving as Partner in the Private Equity Practice at Riviera Partners since October 2023. Previously, Simon held the position of Global Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Celonis from June 2020 to September 2023. Before that, Simon was the Head of International Recruiting at Infoblox for a brief period in early 2020, and served as an Executive Talent Acquisition Manager at Cisco from February 2015 to December 2019. Additional roles include Divisional Recruitment Lead at Salesforce, Founder and Managing Partner of KSG Executive Search Ltd, and various consultancy positions in recruitment. Simon holds an LLB in Law from London Metropolitan University and A Levels from Penwith College.
