Catalina E. De La Hoz

Catalina E. De La Hoz is an Associate in Rivkin Radler’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Catalina was a senior court attorney at the New York State Court of Appeals. In this capacity, Catalina prepared comprehensive reports for the Judges of the Court that analyzed the relevant statutes, regulations, and case law, and recommended whether to grant, deny, or dismiss leave in civil motions for leave to appeal. She also drafted memorandum opinions for civil appeals selected for sua sponte merits disposition, an alternative procedure.
