Curtis Campbell

Curtis Campbell focuses his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and general liability claims, including wrongful death claims. He also handles catastrophic commercial litigation, construction litigation, class action litigation, and medical malpractice defense litigation.

Curtis’ prior experience involved determining coverage related issues pertaining various insurance policies, including whether businesses received coverage for COVID-19 related losses in the landmark case, In re: Society Insurance Company COVID-19 Business Interruption Insurance Coverage Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2964.

An active member of the Florida Bar, Curtis is also active in its Young Lawyers Division. He currently serves as the mock trial coach for the Ribault High School mock trial team.

During law school, Curtis won Top Brief awards at the National Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition in back-to-back years. He also served as the President for Legal Aid Society.

Curtis was born and raised in Nashville, TN.
