Jifeng Chen

Jifeng Chen is a distinguished professional in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science from the University of Arizona. Currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff in DFx/DFT at Rivos Inc., Jifeng Chen has accumulated extensive experience in various roles, including DFX/DFT positions with AMD's Radeon Technologies Group and Semi-custom Business Unit, and serving as a DFT Engineer at Samsung SARC | ACL. Additionally, Jifeng Chen has worked as a Design Engineer at NXP Semiconductors and a Hardware Design/DFT Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor.
