Babette van de Graaf

Babette van de Graaf has over two decades of work experience, starting with their role as a Trainee at Fortis in 2001. Babette then worked as a Team Manager at asr from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they joined Fortis Bank as an HR Project Manager until 2009. Babette then moved to ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and later as a Senior HR Management Consultant from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Sanoma Learning, first as a Senior HR Business Partner and then as an International Manager for HR and Communications. Babette worked in this role until 2019 when they joined Cargotec as the Country HR Manager for Belgium & the Netherlands. Currently, they hold the position of Group HR Manager at Riwal and is set to become the Group HR Director in 2023. Throughout their career, Babette has gained expertise in various HR functions and has been involved in performance management, talent management, and driving organizational transformations.

Babette van de Graaf completed their Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Titus Brandsma College Dordrecht from 1990 to 1996 to complete their VWO, with no specified field of study.
