Mohammad Aldhaheri

Mohammad AlDhaheri is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Rixos Hotels since October 2023. Previously, AlDhaheri held the position of Human Resources Manager (Talent & Culture) at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, from June 2022 to October 2023, and served as Assistant Human Resources (T&C) Manager in the same hotel from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Hilton Garden Inn from January 2021 to June 2021, and as Human Resources Supervisor at both Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar and Conrad Hotels & Resorts. AlDhaheri holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Les Roches (2022-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo (2014-2017), complemented by an Associate's degree in Chemical Engineering from Yanbu Industrial College (2010-2013).
