Muthanna Fawaz

Muthanna Fawaz has a diverse work experience, primarily in the construction and project management industry. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later as an In charge Mechanical Design and Control Engineer at Hastie Saudi Arabia L.L.C. on the Samba HQ/KAFD project. Muthanna was then promoted to Completion/Construction Manager, where their responsibilities included handing over all MEP services.

From 2017 to 2018, Muthanna worked for Sharqawi Co. as an MEP Completion Manager on the American School project, ensuring the completion of all works and the approval of the civil defense for handover. Muthanna also worked as an MEP Deputy Project Manager on the Diplomatic Quarter project, where they focused on team structuring and obtaining approvals on MEP drawings.

In 2018, Muthanna joined Hastie Saudi Arabia L.L.C. again, this time as an MEP Project Manager. Muthanna successfully managed the MEP design, construction, testing-commissioning, and handover of the Samba HQ/KAFD tower. Muthanna also worked on the Al-Wadi Project/KAFD during their tenure.

In 2020, Muthanna joined Samba Financial Group as a Project Manager in the CISD department. Muthanna'srole involved overseeing the MEP systems in the new HQ tower and finalizing the Civil Defense Approval.

More recently, in 2021, Muthanna worked as a Project Manager in the Assets Transition Management team at Sutton Commissioning & Management Consultancy. Muthanna was responsible for ensuring a smooth handover from the KAFD development team to the operation team, covering various disciplines within the project.

Currently, Muthanna is working at Riyad Bank as the Head of Technical Operations - V.P., overseeing the design, construction, and transition management of the bank's new tower HQ in KAFD. Muthanna is also managing the building operations and energy audit.

Muthanna Fawaz pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Hashemite University between 2007 and 2011.
