Gerald Flores

Gerald Flores is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in credit approval and risk management, particularly in auto and housing loans. Currently serving as Vice President and Division Head at RCBC since May 2020, Gerald leads teams in credit appraisal and investigation while managing processes within budget and turnaround time targets. Previously, Gerald held various leadership roles at East West Banking Corporation from October 2012 to May 2020, focusing on credit policy for consumer lending products. Gerald also contributed to HSBC from May 2007 to October 2012 in portfolio risk management for credit cards and personal loans, enhancing acquisition strategies and managing credit risk. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering and a minor in Development Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
