Mahmoud Abouelela

Mahmoud Abouelela has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Mahmoud is currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer for Diversified Business Companies since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Rizek starting from June 2021. Mahmoud's previous experience includes roles as a Finance Director and Finance Manager at Future Media and Telecommunications Group from 2012 to 2019. Mahmoud also held positions as an Accounting Manager, Chief Accountant, and Senior Accountant at Medi Trade Group -Egypt and Medi -Trade Group - Egypt from 2005 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Mahmoud worked as a Senior Accountant at Electronics World - Egypt and Marina For Advertising & Marketing - Egypt. Their diverse experience across different industries has made him well-equipped to handle financial responsibilities and contribute to the success of organizations.

Mahmoud Abouelela's education history includes attending Cairo University, where they studied Accounting. Mahmoud also attended Orman Secondary School and obtained a degree in Thanawya Amma. Additionally, they have received additional certifications in Accounting Fundamental and Reading Financial Statements from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in April 2019.
