Amy Garden is the Global Head of People for Rizing where she is responsible for leading the People function and ensuring Rizing attracts and retains top talent and remains a great place to work.

Amy has 17 years experience in Human Resource Management across a wide variety of industry sectors with working experience in multiple countries helping companies grow their people and achieve business success.

Prior to her role as Global Head of People for Rizing, Amy led the HR team for Asia Pacific for Rizing.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business, a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration.
