Samantha Richter

Samantha Richter has a diverse background in hospitality and administrative roles. Currently, Samantha serves as both a Portfolio Manager and Coordinator at Rizzetta & Company. Prior to this, Samantha held positions such as Community Association Assistant Manager and Community Manager at Community Management Specialists LLC. Before that, Samantha worked at Bluegreen Vacations as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Engineering Administrative Assistant. Samantha's early career includes roles at Wyndham Vacation Ownership as an Inventory Clerk, Activities Assistant Manager, and Activities Supervisor. Samantha studied Hospitality Administration/Management at Valencia College, obtaining an Associate of Arts degree.
