Kristen Castelloni has over 20 years of work experience. Kristen began their career at Ajilon Consulting in 1997, where they worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter. During their time there, they were responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals for various client openings. Kristen also provided education to candidates on job search strategies, interviewing techniques, and salary negotiations. Kristen then joined Caremark in 2004 as a Vendor Management specialist, where they supported the contingent labor acquisition process and ensured effective communication with suppliers. In 2005, they joined RL Canning as a Sr. Client Engagement Director, a role in which they provided innovative IT consulting and managed services to clients.

Kristen Castelloni earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of St. Francis, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2012, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Examination certification from Loyalist Certification Services.
