Paul Harding

Paul Harding is a seasoned financial risk professional with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Financial Risk Director at Royal London since August 2013, Paul Harding oversees capital and liquidity management, strategic asset allocation, and the development of actuarial models, among other responsibilities. Previously, Paul held the position of Head of Products and Reinsurance, managing with-profits and facilitating significant transactions such as a £1 billion annuity reinsurance. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Co-operative Insurance Society where Paul was involved in pricing, product development, and regulatory compliance under Solvency II. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.
