Rushi Hooloomann

Rushi Hooloomann, Director at RLB Hooloomann, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), UK and the Professional Quantity Surveyors Council (PQSC), Mauritius and holds an excellence award from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), UK. He also holds a Masters in Project Management and a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, UK.

Rushi leads the business development team and the quality management of the company. His expertise includes cost management, quantity surveying, project management and commercial management, managing both build-to-suit buildings and high-end fit-out projects across hospitality, commercial, education, residential and infrastructure sectors within Mauritius, Seychelles and the UK.

Rushi joined Hooloomann & Associates in 2013, which joined forces with RLB in 2018 to become RLB Hooloomann.
