Heather Greco

Heather Greco has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Heather is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at RLDatix, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at R1 RCM as a Talent Acquisition/Executive Recruiter from June 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they served as a Sr. Recruiter, Assistant Vice President at PNC Bank from August 2017 to June 2019, and as a Sr. Recruiter, Officer at PNC Mortgage from March 2013 to August 2017. Heather also worked at Talent Intelligence as an Account Manager/Researcher from April 2012 to January 2013, and at Advanced Resources LLC as a Senior Recruiting Associate and Recruiter from January 2004 to April 2012.

Heather Greco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Alverno College. Heather has also obtained certifications in CIR in 2012 and PHR in 2009.
