Jennifer Mounce

Jennifer Mounce is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at RLDatix. Prior to their current position, they served as the Global Head of People Operations at ThoughtWorks from October 2010 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's Cultivation and Talent Development change program, as well as increasing coaching capability throughout the organization.

From January 2003 to December 2010, Jennifer served as President of Coach Effect, Inc. During their time at the company, they were responsible for overseeing all operations and leading the company to success.

Prior to their time at Coach Effect, Jennifer served as the VP, Director of People Matters at Ketchum Directory Advertising from January 2000 to December 2004. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of human resources for the company.

Jennifer has extensive experience in human resources and has been a key player in implementing centralized services around people operations, global mobility, and compensation. Jennifer is a highly skilled change leader who has successfully put best practices in place to support business scalability and increase operational efficiency.

Jennifer Mounce has a Master of Science (M.S.) in H.R.I.R. from Loyola University Chicago, a BA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a certification in Professional Development (INPD) from the Directors Development Programme. Jennifer also has a certification in Organizational Leadership Specialization from Coursera and a certification in EQ-i2.0 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). Finally, they have a certification in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index.
