Tamer Elogueil - ACIPD, CPF, CRP has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Tamer is currently serving as the Human Resources Director in the MEA region for RLDatix, where they ensure alignment with global strategies and supports the leadership team in complying with regional laws and regulations. Previously, Tamer worked as an HR Expert in Strategies & Policies for Ras AL Khaimah Government, providing strategic advisory and developing talent management initiatives. Tamer also served as an HR Advisor in OD Planning & Projects for the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR), where they aligned federal HR strategies and prepared recommendations for the Cabinet & PMO office. Tamer's experience also includes acting as a Manager/Specialist for talent management at the Roads and Transport Authority and working as a Learning and Development Specialist and Manager for Performance & Talent Management at Emirates Airline. Earlier in their career, Tamer was a Manager for Exhibitions & Events at Delta Corp Holdings Limited, where they managed the planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and fashion shows.

Tamer Elogueil's education history includes a Diploma in CIPD-Human Resources [LDP] from CIPD Qualifications in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive MMP in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Harvard Business School in 2009-2010. In 1996-2002, Tamer completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ain Shams University.
