Don McLay

Don McLay is the current Chairman at RLF AgTech. Don has also served as the Non Executive Chairman for Clime Investment Management Limited from February 2015 to October 2020, and as the Non Executive Director for Credit Corp Group from March 2021 to November 2021. Prior to that, they were the Non Executive Chairman for Registry Direct Limited from January 2017 to October 2020, and the Non Executive Chairman for Credit Corp Group Limited from March 2008 to February 2021. Don was also the Founder & Executive Chairman of Australian Helicopters from January 2002 to December 2008, where they created Australian Helicopters through the merger of Reef Helicopters and Marine Helicopters to become the largest Australian owned rotary wing contractor to State and Federal Government Agencies. The business was sold to private equity in 2008 and is now a subsidiary of Babcock PLC. Prior to that, they served as a Director for GMO Australia from January 1997 to December 2002.
