James Oxley, CPhT

James Oxley began their work experience in 2006 at GE Healthcare, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant, Accounts Receivable Lead, Quality Assurance Lead, and Pharmacy Technician. In this position, they provided administrative support, managed inventory procurement, and served as a full-time certified pharmacy technician. James remained at GE Healthcare until August 2020. James then joined RLS in September 2020 as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in an administrative and operations associate role, where they are currently employed.

James Oxley, CPhT has a diverse education history in various fields. James earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate's degree in Computer & Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute between 2008 and 2010.

In addition to their higher education, James also completed a Certificate program in Nuclear Medical Technology/Technologist at Purdue University in 2007. James further enhanced their skills by earning a Certificate as a Pharmacy Technician from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board in 2006.

James has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they received the WGU Healthcare Management Certificate from Canvas Credentials (Badgr). In 2022, they obtained the Strategic Thinking & Innovation certification from Western Governors University. Their earliest certification as a Pharmacy Technician was acquired in 2013 from the PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board).
